Plans for Singapore businesses

Plans Priced for Singapore SMEs

Pricing for cloud accounting should be readable without a sales call. Below are the plan tiers, what each covers, and the factors that move a Singapore business between them: team size, transaction volume, and how much support you want.

Every tier includes GST F5 preparation and audit file generation. Support is handled by the Singapore-based team, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (SGT).

How the tiers are structured

Dovaskin plans are built around three variables: how many users need access, how many transactions you post in a month, and whether payroll is included. A sole director posting a few dozen entries a month sits at the entry tier. A business with a bookkeeper, an external accountant, and a monthly payroll run sits higher.

The structure is deliberately simple so you can estimate your own tier before speaking to anyone. There is no per-invoice charge on top, and no separate line for the compliance work that Singapore businesses need anyway.

If you are not sure which tier fits, tell us your monthly transaction count and team size and we will tell you which tier fits rather than which tier costs most.

What moves you between tiers

  • Users needing access 1 – 2 users Entry tier: owner plus one helper, or an owner alone.
  • Transactions a month Modest to growing Volume sets your ceiling; users decide how many can post.
  • Payroll Add-on In-house payroll runs; external bureaus stay on accounting plans.
  • Per-invoice charge None Your subscription is not taxed by how many invoices you raise.

Entry plan

The entry plan suits a small Singapore business or sole proprietor with one or two users and modest transaction volume. It includes invoicing, expense capture, bank reconciliation, GST F5 preparation, and the standard reports. Bank feeds are included, and so is audit file generation, because those are compliance basics rather than premium extras.

If you file GST quarterly and have a single bank account, this tier is usually enough. You get the same GST F5 return preparation and audit file output that the higher tiers get — the difference is headroom, not features.

Included at entry

  • Invoicing and expense capture
  • Bank reconciliation and bank feeds
  • GST F5 return preparation
  • Audit file generation and standard reports

Standard plan

The standard plan adds users and a higher transaction ceiling, which is where most growing SMEs land. It suits a business with an in-house admin plus an external accountant working in the same system, and where bank reconciliation spans more than one account.

Payroll can be added here if you run salaries in-house. The main difference from the entry tier is headroom: more people, more volume, and more concurrent work during a filing period, when the admin and the accountant are both in the system at the same time.

Entry plan gives you

One or two users, a single bank account, and quarterly GST filing without concurrency pressure.

Standard plan adds

More users, a higher transaction ceiling, multi-account reconciliation, and room for payroll.

Payroll add-on

Payroll is priced as an add-on rather than bundled into every tier, because not every Singapore business runs its own payroll. If you use an external bureau, you can stay on the accounting plans and record the resulting entries.

If you run payroll in-house, the add-on covers the payroll runs, CPF calculations, and employee records that post into the ledger. You can switch it on when you bring payroll in-house, or off if you outsource it later.

What is included on every plan

Some things should not be gated by tier. Every Dovaskin plan includes GST F5 return preparation, audit file generation, bank feeds, multi-factor authentication, and access for an external accountant. IRAS-ready reporting is not an upgrade.

This matters in Singapore, where the compliance features are often the reason a business moves to cloud accounting in the first place. If a platform charges extra for the audit file, that is worth noticing during comparison.

  • GST F5 return preparation
  • Audit file generation
  • Bank feeds and reconciliation
  • Multi-factor authentication
  • External accountant access
  • IRAS-ready reporting

Support levels

Support is included on all plans through the Singapore-based team. Higher tiers add a faster response commitment and priority access during filing periods, which is when questions tend to cluster.

Migration and setup costs

Migration is a one-time cost, scoped after we see your current setup. A business moving from a desktop package with two years of history and one bank account is a smaller job than a multi-entity business with three accounts and payroll. We quote the migration before you commit, so there is no surprise line item.

Training for the people who will use the system is part of the implementation scope, not a separate purchase. Implementation and migration are quoted separately from the subscription, because the effort depends on how much history you are moving and how many bank accounts are involved.

Choosing between tiers without overbuying

The common mistake is buying headroom you will not use in the first year. If you post under the entry-tier ceiling and have one bank account, start there and move up when volume or users justify it.

The opposite mistake is choosing a tier that cannot support payroll and then running payroll outside the system, which recreates the reconciliation problem you were trying to solve.

Tell us your monthly transaction count and team size, and we will tell you which tier fits rather than which tier costs most. That answer is free, and it is usually a short reply rather than a meeting.

How billing works

Plans are billed on a subscription basis, with the migration quoted separately as a one-time engagement. You can move between tiers as your needs change, which is normal for a business that adds an entity or brings payroll in-house.

There are no long lock-ins that prevent you leaving if the fit is wrong. Ask about current terms on the contact form, and we will send them in writing before you decide.

Questions before you choose a tier

Do you charge extra for GST filing or audit files?

No. GST F5 preparation and audit file generation are included on every plan, since both are compliance requirements for Singapore businesses rather than optional features.

Can I add payroll later?

Yes. Payroll is an add-on, so you can start with accounting only and switch it on when you bring payroll in-house.

How is migration priced?

Migration is quoted as a one-time cost after we review your current tool, transaction history, and number of bank accounts. You get the figure before committing.

Can our external accountant get access?

Yes. Every plan supports multi-user access, so your accountant can be given the periods they need without full administrative control.
