What these terms cover
This page is the agreement between you and Dovaskin about browsing and using dovaskin.com. It applies from the moment you open the site, whether you are comparing cloud accounting software for a Singapore business, reading about GST filing and bank feeds, or sending an enquiry through the contact form.
It does not replace the paperwork for a paid subscription. When you sign up for the platform, the service agreement, order form and data processing terms issued for your company take over, and they set out what is included, how long the engagement runs, and how either side can end it.
If a statement on this website and a clause in a signed agreement say different things, the signed agreement wins. If you are reading this on behalf of an employer, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for that company.
