Privacy Policy
Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Dovaskin collects, uses, and handles personal data when you visit this website or contact us. Dovaskin is operated by Cloud Accounting & Consultancy Pte. Ltd., a Singapore-registered company. Contact details for privacy requests are set out below.
What we collect
Details you enter in the contact form
When you submit the contact form, we collect the details you enter, which typically include your name, email address, phone number, company name, and the content of your message. If you attach a document, we receive that too.
Technical information from browsing
We also collect limited technical information generated when you browse the site, such as the pages visited. What is collected, and how you can control it in your browser, is described in our Cookie Policy.
What this website never asks for
We do not ask for payment card details through this website, and there is no account login, password, or identity document upload anywhere on these public pages. If you ever receive a request of that kind in our name, treat it as suspicious and call the number in the site footer before replying.
In short
We ask only for what is needed to answer you. Nothing on this site collects payment card details.
Why we use it
Every piece of personal data we hold has one reason behind it. Here is what each one is for, and what we do not do with it.
Answering your enquiry
Reply & scope
We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry and to scope a potential implementation — for example, which accounting workflows and data you would need moved.
Supporting existing clients
Ongoing support
If you are an existing client, we use your details to provide support for your accounting setup, bank feeds, GST filing, and payroll questions.
Following up on one enquiry
Specific follow-up
We may use your contact details to follow up on a specific enquiry you have made — the one you wrote to us about, not a general campaign list.
Unrelated marketing
Not used
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use contact form submissions for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Sharing and disclosure
We do not share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Where data is handled on our behalf, it stays limited to the purpose it was collected for.
If you are an existing client, data held inside the accounting platform is handled under the terms of your service agreement with us rather than under this website policy alone. That agreement sets out what we store, who can reach it, and how long it is kept.
How we handle client data and platform accessWhere data can go
- Service providers who support the operation of this website or our business, and only to the extent needed for that purpose.
- Disclosure required by Singapore law, or by a lawful request from a public authority.
- The terms of your service agreement, where you are an existing client using the accounting platform.
Third-party marketing use is not one of the destinations above. Your details are not traded, rented, or sold.
Retention
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping. Where you become a client, accounting records are retained in line with Singapore record-keeping requirements, and the applicable period is set out in your service agreement.
When data is no longer needed, it is removed or anonymised. Anonymised figures may be kept for internal reporting, because they no longer identify anyone.
Your rights
You can ask what personal data we hold about you and request a copy. You can ask us to correct information that is inaccurate, and you can ask us to delete data we no longer have a reason to keep. To make a request, use the contact details on our Contact page or the email address in the site footer.
Access and correction
Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to fix anything that is out of date — a changed phone number, a new company name, or a wrong email address.
Deletion requests
Ask us to delete data we no longer have a reason to keep. Where a record must be kept for a legal or accounting reason, we will tell you which one applies.
Identity checks
We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, so that we do not release data to the wrong person.
Requests are usually answered during business hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (SGT).
Cookies and site analytics
This website uses cookies and similar technologies. What they are used for, and how you can control them in your browser, is explained in our Cookie Policy. That policy is a separate document and is linked in the footer of every page on this site.

Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if our practices change or if the law requires it. The current version is the one published on this page. Material changes will be reflected here, and the policy will continue to be linked in the site footer.
Because the policy lives at a fixed address on this site, a link you saved will keep working and will always show the version in force. If a change affects how we handle data you have already given us, we will make that clear at the top of the page rather than only in the wording of a clause.
